About Daniel

People making a positive difference in the world deserve to have their stories told. I ventured out as a freelance writer and public relations specialist to provide organizations, agencies and individuals the capability to promote their work in a way that is tailored to their resources, timelines and goals.

My career in communications has taken me inside Washington, D.C. think tanks, national nonprofits, award-winning agencies, institutions of higher education and the Pentagon. Over the last 15 years, I have shaped the brands of organizations supporting veterans and their caregivers, preserving military history, promoting the hiring of National Guard and Reserve members, protecting patient safety and fighting devastating diseases.

In support of these campaigns, I have penned op-eds that have appeared in print more than 75 times, produced PSA copy for national distribution, developed strategic messages, and earned coverage by national television networks, news magazines, trade publications, and the most widely read newspapers in the nation.

With special expertise in executive communications, I have authored speeches and published pieces on behalf of current and former U.S. Senate Majority Leaders, U.S. Speakers of the House, Members of the Presidential Cabinet, Chairmen of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Medal of Honor Recipients, University Presidents, Academy Award-winning actors, Grammy Award-winning musicians, and Emmy Award-winning TV new anchors. My writing has also helped national organizations bring their signature events to life through engaging and memorable scripts. I have extensive experience scripting live and virtual events, including galas, award ceremonies, donor activations and national conferences.

My speeches, scripts and op-eds have won a series of industry awards. In 2015, I was recognized as one of the top account managers in the nation by PR News.

Above all else, I have been proud to provide organizations with quality, professional and trusted communications support.
